The TotalCare® system is designed to fulfill the most appropriate PPE needs of emergency services, whilst taking over the responsibility for the management and maintenance of the equipment supplied, including repair, washing, and replacement.
TotalCare® is a fixed cost solution where the legal responsibility for the upkeep of equipment rests with Lion. Each contract is unique to every customer and is designed in partnership at the outset and subject to an independent risk assessment.

Direct Sale
Direct sale is a traditional approach in which the customer buys their PPE with no maintenance contract. It means that a customer who simply wants to buy any products — from textile-based PPE to boots or gloves — can do so with the confidence that the product will be delivered on time and in the sizes requested. Customers can therefore buy any item of PPE in any quantity.
